Product scope
Field Operations organizes fields, work, inspections, evidence, and reports. Hektara may fix, improve, or change functions to preserve the security and purpose of the product.
Access available today does not mean that every function, provider, or integration will remain available in every location.
Accounts and organizations
You must use accurate information, protect access to your email, and notify Hektara if you suspect someone else accessed your account. An invitation grants access to an organization and should be sent only to authorized people.
Each organization decides who can record, review, and consult its operation. You must not attempt to access data or functions that do not belong to you.
Decisions and records
Satellite context shows comparisons and limitations, but it does not diagnose a crop or prescribe an agronomic action. Actual conditions must be checked in the field.
Transcriptions, document readings, voice interpretations, and model answers may contain errors. A person must review them before turning them into a confirmed record or making a decision.
Content and evidence
You keep any rights you hold in the information and files you add. You must have permission to record information about other people and to upload photos, audio, or documents.
Hektara processes that content only to provide the requested functions, preserve the history, and protect record integrity.
Availability and connection
The product depends on internet access, email, maps, satellites, storage, and other providers. An interruption may delay an update or make a function temporarily unavailable.
Local queues can keep pending work and evidence, but they do not guarantee that every device or file can synchronize under all conditions. You must check the final delivery status.
Permitted use
Do not use Hektara to compromise systems, send unlawful content, interfere with other accounts, bypass security limits, or automate a volume that harms the service.
Hektara may limit or suspend access when needed to investigate abuse, protect data, or maintain the operation.
Brand, changes, and contact
Hektara retains the rights to the software, design, documentation, and brand. Using the product does not transfer those rights.
