The infrastructure receives standard technical information from a visit, such as the IP address, browser, time, and requested path. It is used to deliver the website, protect it, and diagnose failures.
When analytics is enabled, Hektara uses Umami to measure visited pages, referrals, and general device characteristics. This measurement does not use cookies, fingerprints, or advertising profiles.
Conversation requests
The form asks for a name, work email, company or organization, country or region, role, and a description of the need. It is used only to evaluate the request and reply.
The request reaches [email protected] through Resend. Telegram may receive a generic notice that a new request exists, but that notice does not include names, email addresses, or the form content.
Field Operations
An account may contain a name, email address, organization, and language, unit, and time zone preferences. An operation may include fields and boundaries, crops, tasks, assignees, inspections, results, reports, and synchronization records.
Evidence may include photos, audio, documents, and information about their origin. Original files are kept in private storage and remain separate from derived drafts.
Field Operations uses cookies to maintain the session and remember the language. When working without a connection, the device may temporarily keep pending tasks and files until they are sent or discarded.
Satellite and assisted processing
Field Operations queries Copernicus Data Space to prepare optical and radar context for a field. ArcGIS provides the base map and helps position the view. MET Norway receives the approximate field location to provide its forecast. The product shows the source, date, coverage, and limitations.
When a person requests a transcription, document reading, voice interpretation, or query explanation, the required content may be sent to Groq. The result is stored as a draft or assisted answer. It never replaces human review or confirms a record on its own.
Infrastructure and providers
Hektara uses Cloudflare for network and security, Oracle Cloud for servers, databases, and private storage, Resend and Zoho for email, Groq for assisted functions, Copernicus for satellite observations, ArcGIS for maps, MET Norway for weather, and Umami for public analytics.
Each provider receives only the information needed for its function. Hektara does not sell personal data or use advertising tracking.
Retention, access, and deletion
Operational data is kept while the account and its history are needed to provide the product. Conversation requests are kept for as long as needed to reply and follow up.
You can request access, correction, or deletion by writing to [email protected]. Deletion may retain limited information when needed for security, record integrity, or an applicable obligation.
Security and contact
Field Operations separates data by organization, protects private evidence, and provides time-limited access to files. No system removes risk entirely, so Hektara reviews and improves these measures.
